The article discusses the method of managing a large enterprise in the current market environment and its advantages are substantiated. External sources of influence on the quality characteristics of the industrial enterprise. Author's definitions of the concept ofproduction programs are given, key guidelines for their development are established. The interdependence between the method of company management and the production program of individual units is presented.
