Mechanism of management of human capital

The article describes the concept and essence of human capital, in particular its influence on innovative development, due to the fact that the importance of a person is considered to be leading in the system of production relations. Personnel management implies that when managing innovations, the main thing is to manage the employees themselves and the relationships between them. In the course of the study, the authors came to the conclusion that with the effective use of human capital, that is, the introduction of new knowledge and the rational use of the results of innovation, the structure of the enterprise can change qualitatively.
