Risk management mechanism of government programs

The article discusses the mechanism of risk management of government programs. There is a need to form a unified concept of risk management of government programs as throughout their life cycle. The risks associated with the implementation of state projects of the Russian Federation are often mentioned by responsible executors as an explanation for non-fulfillment of control measures within the established deadlines or non-fulfillment of planned indicators. This is mainly due to the lack of a risk management system for the implementation of government initiatives in the Russian Federation. The article identifies internal and external causes of risks in the state program and suggests ways to reduce them from an organizational point of view.
