Mechanism to address the consequences of the non-application of "principle of introduction" within state registration of rights arising by inheritance

This article focuses on problems of achieving factual accuracy by Unified State Register of Real Property. The issue of relative nature of the acts of «the principle of making» is raised as a measure purporting to exclude uncertainty of Register of Real Property. Exemplified by the rights arising by inheritance the author analyses mechanisms to address the consequences of the non-application of «principle of introduction».
