The mechanism of venture investment

In this article there are shown the distinctive characteristics and advantages of venture capital in business financing, based on the analysis of the global and Russian experience of venture capital investment. The mechanism of venture investment is also described in detail. The stages of the investment act are shown, as well as the criteria for selecting investors' projects for investment. Different segments of venture investors and their characteristics are described.
