The mechanism of social factors'' Impact on the health of a person

The article discusses the system of social factors influencing the health of a person in modern Russia at macro- and micro-levels, which are in constant interrelation. This interrelation and the principle of complementarity of its construction have allowed the authors to present a set of factors as a mechanism. The macrolevel is analyzed in the context of following elements: structure, institutions and culture. The micro-level includes three components: resources, identity and motivation. The content side of the mechanism functioning is analyzed in the logic and epistemological framework, through the ideas and social practices of the population of Russia in general and Volgograd in particular focused on preservation and promotion of health.
