Mechanisms for automating business processes in an organization

This article discusses the mechanisms for automating business processes in an organization. It is established that the modified business model makes it possible to specify the business processes of business digitalization, to present a complete structure of interrelated components, to clearly demonstrate the directions and types of changes in the existing business model of the organization and to more clearly define market competitive advantages. Based on the results of the conducted research of the processes of automation of budgeting of organizations, we have formulated proposals for improving the methodological approach to automation of budgeting processes.
