Mechanisms of dissemination of hybrid forms of education in the practice of domestic higher education

The study is devoted to identifying mechanisms for disseminating the experience of hybrid learning in the practice of universities. Approaches to understanding the definition of “hybrid education” have been identified. The study is based on a comparative analysis of the concepts of hybrid learning used by a number of domestic universities. Studying the experience of introducing a hybrid form of organizing the educational process made it possible to identify the variety of pedagogical mechanisms that ensure its implementation and to determine the contextual factors in the development of this form of education in the conditions of the domestic higher education system. The limitations of the possibilities of using a hybrid form of education confirm the need to create new approaches to organizing the educational process based on the integration of modern tools and the traditional educational model.
