Article considers system-wide and industry-wide measures of state support for the development of pharmaceutical innovations in the Russian Federation and funding mechanisms pharmaceutical innovations with venture capital. Article also regards the problems of the current situation of financing pharmacological innovations among Russian enterprises. Also, the prospects for Russian investors and entrepreneurs in this niche are evaluated, taking into account the analysis of successful foreign experience.
