Mechanisms of formation the professional teacher's competence

The structure of professional competence of the teacher is considered. The components of management of the development of professional competence of teachers are revealed. It is concluded that the developing environment formed by the participants of the educational process is favorable for the development of professional pedagogical competence of the future teacher.
