This article analyzes the features of the mechanism for implementing the law enforcement function. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that law enforcement and protection of citizens' rights are the main goal and priority direction for the development of a modern legal state. In the absence of an effective mechanism for implementing the law enforcement function, it is impossible to build and implement the legal foundations of the state.
