Partnership mechanisms between state and business in the interests of stimulation of social and economic development (by materials of Russia and uzbekistan)

The article discusses the forms of implementing public-private partnerships and its goals, as well as the institutional regulation of this model of interaction between government and private business. On the example of an analysis of the situation in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan, typical elements of the institution of public-private partnership, as well as its country features, are identified. It is concluded that there is a trend towards harmonization of public-private partnership regulatory institutions, as well as the prospects for its further development.
