Systemic Approach to Enterprise Material and Technical Resources Management: Theoretical Aspect

The article examines the theoretical foundations of a systemic approach to managing enterprise's material and technical resources with emphasis on fixed assets as a key component. The elements of the management system, their interconnections and functional features are analyzed. The main directions of fixed assets management are defined: structural, efficiency of use and renewal. The research confirms that the implementation of a systemic approach allows to optimize the use of material and technical resources, reduce equipment maintenance costs by 15-20% and increase labor productivity by 10-15%. Based on the conducted research, the conclusion is made about the necessity of an integrated approach to managing material and technical resources to improve enterprise performance.
