Mechanisms of innovation development in up-to date situation

The author analyzes the problems of the development of innovation in the Russian economy. The issues involving the business community and research organizations to address these issues. Identified ways and mechanisms to enhance innovation through government funding and a further rise of science cities. I propose that some of the bank interest rate used for loans of research, development and engineering works and the process of innovation to meet the reduction in the tax base.
