The modern dairy cattle breeding is profitable only at milk yield from one cow not less than 5 thousand liters. It is possible to achieve such result only at consumption by these animals of highly kontsentratny diets. Thus there are the problems connected by that for thousands years of evolution the organism of ruminants adapted for the rough sterns, rich with cellulose. Microorganisms of a digestive tract, processing this polysaccharide in propionic acid, provide a macroorganism not only a power and plastic material, but also develop some other the substances necessary for its activity.
