Mechanisms for implementing the right of citizens to free medical care

He article highlights the current problem of the implementation of the rights of citizens of the Russian Federation to receive free medical care. In particular, the implementation mechanisms are considered. Attention is also paid to the legal provision of the right to free medical care. The problems of mechanisms for the implementation of the rights of the population to guaranteed medical care are highlighted.
