Mechanisms of growth of genuine savings of industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus

The article describes the theoretical basis of the concept of the genuine savings, considers the concept of an expanded national wealth. There revealed the genuine savings purpose from macroeconomic positions, there studied method of calculating the index of stability. The author made the proposal to count the free indicators of environmental sustainability for the industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus, by analogy with the index of adjusted net savings proposed by the World Bank. Existing today in the Republic of Belarus a complex integrated system of sustain-ability indicators does not allow to obtain the necessary data on the development of the industry in the shortest time, in contrast to, proposed by the author, the genuine savings index. There suggested activities aimed at successful implementation of the sustainable development of the industrial complex in the context of the growth of genuine savings.
