The study reveals the features of interaction between a water supply and sewerage enterprise and subscribers in terms of stimulating them to pay for the company’s services through the use of relevant mechanisms for interacting with subscribers. The article reflects the specifics and features of the calculation of penalties, reflects the mechanisms for preparing limits of budgetary obligations for the budgetary category of subscribers, auto-dialing and sending by e-mail to inform subscribers about debts, claim work. Separately, the features of informatization of these mechanisms related to sending documents through the system through the electronic document management system are disclosed. Mechanisms to encourage subscribers to pay debts is a set of measures directly or indirectly aimed at motivating subscribers to pay debts for services provided by a water supply and sewerage enterprise [6]. Work with subscribers is a complex of activities of the State Unitary Enterprise “Vodokanal SPb”, aimed at meeting the needs of subscribers in access to services, execution of contractual relations, issuing settlement documents, processing payments and other processes. An analysis was made of the branch “Unified Settlement Center” of the State Unitary Enterprise “Vodokanal of St. Petersburg”, which was founded for more than 10 years and occupies a central place in the organizational structure of the enterprise.
