Mechanisms of ecotoxicants influence on health of the population in Vladikavkaz city

Ecotoxicants - salts of heavy metals which contents in Vladikavkaz atmosphere exceeds maximum per-missible concentration, render membrane and enzyme-toxical action, cause functional changes in a nephron and peripheric vascular system, activation of peroxide oxidations of lipids (POL) in conditions of experiment. In Vladikavkaz districts metals pollution increases a case rate of bronchial asthma at chil-dren and is the reason of chromosomal aberrations testifying about their genetoxical disturbances. Proin-flammatory cytokines participate in the mechanism of development of bronchial asthma attacks (IL-4; IL-8; FNO-a) which contents increases, and concentration of antiinflammatory cytokines increase and IL-10 decrease.
