Mechanochemical technologies of production of biologically active substances from lichens

Бесплатный доступ

There was developed mechanochemical technology of production of high active complexes of biologically active substances with antibacterial activity from lichens thalluses. In the technology take place hardphase chemical reactions of transformation farmakon (lichen's acids) and splitting of part of lichen's β-polysaccharides with formation β-oligosaccharides without solvent in the only technological phase. Then farmakon with β-oligosaccharides generate nanodimensional clathrating complexes, forming of which, probably, increase sharply their bioavailability and bioactivity. Namely this let technology of suggesting method and quality of developed biocomplexes to differ favourably from analogs made with use of classical technologies. In certain degree, the clathrates are apparently to be kept in liquid phase. That brings to a great rising of antibacterial farmakon activity in nanodimensional complex with lichen β-oligosaccharides of preparation "Yagel-M".
