The article analyzes the methods and technical means of grain grinding. The use of the considered grinding methods for processing wheat, rye and other grain crops is impractical, since they are discrete. This means that in the process there is a loading of a certain volume of material (grain crops) and crushing to the desired fineness. As a rule, in modern agricultural enterprises they are used for "wet" grinding. Also, these methods are widely used for mixing materials in pharmaceuticals. Therefore, an improved mill design has been proposed. The introduction into production of an improved grinding mechanism of the mill allows you to smoothly regulate the dispersion of the output product without using a sieve, to increase the volume of production and improve the quality of the product.
