Management and pandemic: problems and prospects

It is shown that the massive transition to remote work caused by the pandemic is a manifestation of a long-term trend. A description is given of the changes in the functions of middle managers and the structure of management of organizations that occur in connection with this. The possibilities of a broad transition to self-government are analyzed, taking into account such a factor as trust between employees and employers. It is shown that successful leadership in the emerging reality is formed by emotional intelligence and moral qualities.
