Management of the hotel industry: organizational aspects

The article is devoted to the study of organizational issues in managing the hotel business industry. One of the most important aspects of the functioning of a modern hotel business system is the organizational aspects of hotel business management. The most effective activities in managing the hotel industry can only be achieved with the integrated application of management methods. Using a system of these methods allows you to look at the object of improvement from all sides, which helps to avoid miscalculations in the organization’s activities. An effective hotel management system should be based on management methods, which are understood as ways of influencing teams or individual employees in order to coordinate their activities in the process of work to achieve the goals of the organization. The main purpose of the study is to draw conclusions based on the results of studying the organizational aspects of management in the hotel industry. As a result of the study, it was presented that entrepreneurship in the hotel business is a set of principles, methods, means and forms of influencing the interests, behavior and activities of workers in order to maximize the use of their intellectual and physical capabilities when performing labor functions, ensuring the necessary proportions of the level of labor productivity and production volumes to maintain constant compliance of personnel training and education with the requirements of scientific and technological progress.
