Knowledge management in public administration: public private partnership case study

Based on a review of Russian and foreign sources, the article analyzes the characteristics of the knowledge economy and the relevance of knowledge management. The possibilities for applying knowledge management in public administration are considered as the basis for creating self-learning organizations. As a practical case, the author explores public-private partnership (PPP) projects. Based on professional experience, the author formulates tasks of knowledge management in the implementation of PPP projects
