Criminal action in the form of a fine

The article considers judicial fines as another measure of a criminal nature. The analysis of judicial fines is carried out, which are not a criminal punishment, but a measure of exemption from criminal liability. The results of the study are the identification of the features of the protection of human and civil rights with the use of a court fine, the definition of a court fine as a basis for the exemption from criminal liability of persons who do not pose a threat to society.
