Administrative measures on promotion for scientific and teaching staffin the context of delineating the powers of public legal entities

The article considers the problems in the legislative and law enforcement activities of public authorities regarding the implementation of measures for administrative promotion of scientific and pedagogical staff on the basis of the analysis of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, scientific literature and judicial practice. The ways of their solution are formulated.
