Problem aspects of state support for families with children

The article examines one of the current issues of social security law - measures of state support for Russian citizens with children. The material is presented through an analysis of legal norms regulating the procedure for assigning and paying state benefits to families with children, highlights the problems of legal regulation of this form of social security, and identifies ways to solve the problems.
