Measures and Effectiveness of State Support for the Development of Industrial Parks

The creation of new centers of industrial and technological development of the country is a relevant area, in this regard, the mechanisms of state support for industrial parks, including in the field of high technologies, are expanding, and support for industrial sites in new regions is distributed. The main purpose of the study is to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the state support system for the development of industrial sites, and determine the effectiveness of the applied mechanisms of stimulating their development. The mechanism of distribution of state support involves the introduction of an integrated system of evaluation criteria. When determining and selecting priority subsidies, the level of socio-economic development and budget opportunities are taken into account. The author’s study proposes consolidated key indicators that characterize the dynamics of the formation and development of organized industrial sites; therefore, the author is proposed to create uniform requirements for park sites, including residents of these sites. It is proposed to introduce a system for monitoring the effectiveness of industrial parking. When maintaining the current pace of development and improvement of the support system, it is expected to increase the share of high -tech production, strengthen the regional economy, as well as the growth of the export potential of parks residents. The study assesses the effectiveness of measures to support industrial parks through correlation and regression analysis.
