In this article, the author examines the measures of individual prevention of murders committed by a mother against a newborn child. they consider the issues of the concept and social danger of the murder of a newborn child by a mother. The article notes that individual prevention of infanticide should be carried out in stages: identification and study of persons whose behavior indicates the real possibility of committing a crime, planning of individual prevention measures and a direct corrective effect on the person. In conclusion, the author emphasizes that in some cases, individual prevention of murders of newborn children may be associated with a number of difficulties, both objective and subjective.
