Non-tariff regulatory measures and non-tariff barriers in the Eurasian Economic Union

The article discusses the main provisions that determine the essence of the categories «non-tariff measures» and «non-tariff barriers». The study proposes several approaches to the definition of these concepts, an analysis of the national and supranational legislation. There were also provided the definition and classification of non-tariff barriers.
