Measures for the development of the mining industry in order to increase the competitiveness of the economy of Kazakhstan

The article presents the results of scientific research and evaluation of promising and limited types of activity of the mining industry of Kazakhstan on the world market in modern conditions. It is shown that the mining industry is one of the indicators of the country's economic development. The mining industry is recognized as one of the priorities that determine the economic potential of the country as a whole, its export opportunities. On the territory of Kazakhstan, huge mineral wealth of world significance is concentrated.
