Measures to support social enterprises on the example of the Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous okrug-Yugra

The article is devoted to social enterprises and measures of their state support, in particular, measures to support social enterprises are considered on the example of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra. The relevance of support and development of the sphere of social enterprises in Russia and, in particular, its northern resource-extracting regions lies in the need to modernize the social environment, improving the quality and standard of living through the development of competition in the social environment, as well as the creation of innovative or more modern social services (works), services taking into account innovative and advanced technologies. In the course of the work, approaches to the definition of the concept of "social enterprise" are highlighted, a socio-economic characteristic of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra is given, key measures of state support for social enterprises in the region are outlined.
