Employment support measures in the Republic of Bashkortostan under pandemic shock

The main indicators of the labor market of the Republic of Bashkortostan for the period 2019-2021 are considered in dynamics and a set of measures by the Government of the Republic aimed at mitigating the negative consequences of the forced isolation of 2020. As a result, there are structural shifts in the economy and the acceleration of its digitalization, the movement of many processes from offline to online format, at the same time, a real decrease in the labor market demand for labor.
