Measures to improve the mechanism for implementing the concept of regional personnel policy in the executive bodies of the Karachayov-Cherkass Republic

Within the framework of this study, the author's interpretations of the application of the mechanism for implementing the concept of personnel policy of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic in the executive authorities are presented, and measures for its improvement are proposed. These proposals will contribute to the well-coordinated and uninterrupted work of the personnel of the executive bodies of the state regional power of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic.
