Criminal measures for minors

The author of the article examines the main types of punishments applied to minors in the Russian Federation. In particular, the issue of appointment in the form of real imprisonment is considered. According to the author of the article, this type should be used only in exceptional cases, since a person who has fallen into the criminal subculture can become imbued with illegal acts and join the deviant community.
