Local Soviets and subjects of economic activities during the perestroika: features of interaction

The dynamics of relations between local Soviets and business entities during the years of the famous Gorbachev's perestroika is revealed. The relevant legal acts, scientific works on this issue are analyzed. It is noted the inconsistency of the development of these relations, when the local Soviets had to expand economic incentives and at the same time manage this process, as a result, this institution was abolished after the collapse of the USSR.
