The article attempts to collect historical works «The Source of All Goods and Happiness: The Life of the Great Omniscient Je Tsongkhapa, Set Forth in an Easy School for Understanding» - a biography of the founder of Geluk, Losang Dakpa (1357-1419) in the work of the Mongolian scholar Chahar-geshe Losang Tsultima (1740-1810). To solve the problem, the authors analyze the creative biography of the author Chahar-geshe, structure and content of the source, historical causes and developments.
