The financial law place in the legal system

This article discusses the problem of determining the place of financial law in the system of Russian law. The relationship with the main branches of law is indicated. The feature of financial law and its separation from other branches is shown. Identified and justified the need to solve problems related to the determination of the place of financial law in the system of law.
