The place of the physical recreation in life of the modern school student

In article the place of a physical recreation in life of the modern school student which purpose is restoration, strengthenings and preservations of health in educational process of educational institution is considered (schools, lyceum, a gymnasium). The person is by nature allocated with a resource of health which he at the same time restores and spends, by means of physical activity in the activity.
