The place of the graphic competence in the structure of professional competences of bachelors, specialists and masters in «Construction» and «Architecture» fields

The article is devoted to the analysis of the role and the place of the graphic competence in engineering education of modern specialists in the construction industry. The problems of the graphic competence formation at University of Architecture and Civil Engineering are examined. In the paper the graphic competence in the structure of the civil engineer professional competencies is specified and the level of professional relevance is rated. The authors also offer a method for diagnostics of graphic competence formation.
