Place and role of economic potential in assessment oil refining activities

To assess the economic potential, the author proposed a system of indicators characterizing the characteristics of the activities of oil refineries. When creating this system, a traditional approach was used, consisting in a quantitative interpretation of all aspects of the company using selected subpotentials. This separation allows you to focus on the structural aspect of the problem in the analysis of the development, interaction and the relationship of the elements of economic potential. The indicators themselves are taken in such a way that they can be used for practical analysis of data based on accounting and other financial statements.
