HIS ARTICLE SUBSTANTIATES THE NEED TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LABOR REMUNERATION AND THE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE COMPLEX OF THE LATTER'S SUBSYSTEMS WHEN REFORMING AND INTRODUCING INNOVATIONS. AT THE SAME TIME, IN ORDER TO CREATE THE MOST OPTIMAL WAGE SYSTEM FOR EACH PARTICULAR ORGANIZATION, IT IS NECESSARY TO DIFFERENTIATE BASIC WAGES, ALLOWANCES AND COMPENSATORY SURCHARGES AND STIMULATE CASH REWARDS, AND USE COMBINATIONS OF DIFFERENT FORMS AND SYSTEMS OF LABOR REMUNERATION.
