Position and role of the universities in Inner Mongolia in the development of North China

The article analyzes and identifies the reasons for the transformation processes in the education system in China, which located in the center of the Eurasian continent and has an important geopolitical position. It leads to the growth of international interest in this area of Asia, claiming the economic leadership in the world today.
