The place of an artificial land plot in the system of legal objects

This article discusses issues related to the study of the place of an artificial land plot in the system of objects of Russian law. The author analyzes different approaches to its definition contained in the literature before the adoption of the Federal Law "On artificial land plots ..." and shows the practical significance of the reception of the dual nature of an artificial land plot used by the legislator. The results of the study made it possible to understand the points of view of many scientists regarding the concept and place of an artificial land plot in the Russian Federation.
