Legal technique has the application-oriented science characteristics. It is necessary to include it in the educational standards as an academic subject that teaches future lawyers the necessary skills in all areas of legal activities. It is advisable to include content-related, structural, logical, context-related, procedural and language rules of legal technique and other norms that regulate it in Federal and regionals laws on legal acts.
