In this article, the author reveals the place of corporate culture in the prevention of conflict behavior of bank employees. On the basis of the study, a conclusion is made about the relationship between the type of corporate culture in the organization and the preferred strategies for the behavior of employees in conflicts. The author reveals and describes in detail the relationship between the clan type of corporate culture and cooperation as a preferred strategy for the behavior of bank employees in conflict, as well as the market type of corporate culture and rivalry.
