Place of organizational fairness and its influence on the organization employees' conduct: (organizational fairness as a step to social justice)

Fairness and its relation to all aspects of a society’ life, including professional conduct of an individual at the workplace and all consequences of this conduct, has attracted recently a growing interest of researchers, especially sociologists. This paper focuses on a detailed consideration of types of organizational fairness and their comparative analysis. The author, like some other researchers, marked out three types of organizational fairness: the distributive fairness, the procedural fairness and fairness of interoperability. While these types of organizational fairness occur they encourage a steadily strengthening of the team spirit in the staff, making for labour and social satisfaction, as well as satisfaction of clients with the organization and contributes to strengthening relationship of the organization with the clients.
