The article deals with a group of crimes characterized by resistance to authorities. The author discusses facts and features determining such offences. It is emphasized that there is a lack of the main definitions regarding the considered offences in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which leads to substantial difficulties in clarification of the essence and the degree of social danger of the offences against the governance order.
