Crime scene as a part of the forensic characteristic of illegal trees felling in the forest area

The article is devoted to the investigation of a crime scene in cases of illegal trees felling in the forest area, during which the conclusions about the peculiarity of species composition of the timber growing at the crime scene, its quantitative indicators and other features are made. The necessity for transport infrastructure, relative proximity of timber buyers is established, as well as the landscape and other features of the crime scene are identified.
