Nitrogen metabolism in remount calves under the influence of various fodder proteins in their ration

In scientific and economical experiments the author studies the activity of nitrogen metabolism in rumen and whole organism of remount calves of the Black-and-White breed keeping on various rations (corn of pea and lupine). It was shown, that the use of forage lupine corn as source of fodder protein instead of traditional pea corn do not effect on parameters of proventriculus digestion, nitrogen and carbohydrate metabolism of animals.
